13:30: Welcome coffee at La Chèvre Baillarguoise in Baillargues

 

14:00 to 17:00: Visit of the goat cheese farm and the cheese dairy with a focus on 3 themes, each presented by a pair of producer and advisor:

  • Making farmhouse cheese with raw milk
  • Treatment of effluents by the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system
  • Progress of the conversion to organic farming

From 18:00: Evening (free) at Manade Pujol with a taurine animation and a diner


Saturday, September 14: contest and conference

10:00: National farmhouse goat cheeses contest in Baillargues and parallel farmer's market and activities on goat cheese and meat for the public

 

12:00: Aperitif and buffet (free) prepared by the Association des Buffets Fermiers de l'Hérault

 

14:00 to 16:00: Conference "Raw milk : from producer to consumers"

 

16:30: Announcement of the contest winners
